In the heart of bustling Hamilton, Ontario, a group of passionate individuals came together with a common goal: to address the disparities in healthcare access and outcomes faced by marginalized communities. This group formed Healthcare Equity and Advocacy in Science (HEAS), driven by a powerful mission to raise awareness, take action, and provide evidence-based research to support their cause.
